Showpass is the ticketing platform for Sunset Fest Cabo. While we facilitate ticket sales and refund processing, all event funds are held and managed by the event organizers. Refunds can only be issued once those funds are released back to Showpass. Since learning of the event’s changes, we’ve reached out to the organizers multiple times to request the release of refund funds.
Unfortunately, they have not yet responded, and the issue has been escalated through formal channels. Refunds will be issued immediately once the necessary funds are returned to Showpass.

Showpass first became aware of potential event cancellation through attendee messages on social media. We contacted the organizers immediately to confirm their plans and urged them to release funds for refunds.
Organizers confirmed the event would be cancelled and instructed Showpass to stop ticket sales. We again requested that they release the funds required to process refunds.
Organizers publicly announced that the event had been rescheduled. In this instance, Showpass was informed of the event changes at the same time as the public announcement, as there was no advance communication from the organizers regarding the rescheduling.
Due to growing refund inquiries and continued difficulty reaching the organizers, Showpass invited affected customers to complete a refund request form to ensure all requests were documented and prioritized once funds become available.

Under the Terms & Conditions, organizers are responsible for notifying ticket holders about event cancellations or changes. Showpass learned of the change at the same time as the public and began communicating updates immediately afterward.
