Showpass is the ticketing partner for Sunset Fest Cabo. Our role is to receive and process refund requests, and to distribute refunds when the event organizer provides the necessary funds. We have already processed refunds where funds were available and we are actively pressing the organizer to release the remainder of the funds required to fulfill all valid requests.
